Raspberry dessert

What you need:

  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 4 sponge cakes
  • 40 ml Fruit Splash Raspberry syrup
  • 125 ml fresh whipped cream
  • 450 g vanilla curd cheese
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles

What you do:
Defrost the raspberries. Cut the sponge cakes into small pieces and place in a bowl. Gradually pour the syrup over the sponge cakes. Whip the cream with a mixer. First put a layer of raspberry in the glasses, then a layer of cake, a layer of whipped cream, a layer of raspberries, a layer of curd cheese etc. Finish with a layer of cake. Chill the dessert for 1 hour in the fridge and decorate with some chocolate sprinkles before serving.
